I have some major catch-up to do but I wanted to get this out there.
The 3rd Annual Sherwood Family Triathlon is open for registration!
It's August 21st at 9 am. This year the YMCA is throwing a free BBQ into the mix, as well as having Radio Disney DJ it.
It is seriously a blast and if you live in Oregon you HAVE to do it. And if you don't live nearby, well then you can just be jealous :)

Sean still has his medal from last year. He wears it every time he does laps around the kitchen, so nearly daily. So fun!
