This was the perfect way to end our trip. We were all exhausted and it was nice to just wander around a National Park.

We couldn't get over the sheer magnitude of the trees. I had seen Redwoods when I was little but had forgotten just how huge they were. And after being in crowds for the entire visit, it was so nice to just be on our own.

They were troopers, considering all the walking we did! We left the National Forest and headed over to the tour-thru tree where we barely fit.
Then is was back in the car to head home. We loved just about everything about our trip. I wish I had kept track of the mileage we drove and how many steps we walked. We'll just have to do it again!
