Back to School

The summer flew by and I had mixed emotions about the kids heading back to school. I was looking forward to an entire day of quiet, but I also felt like I wouldn't know what to do with myself. Not that I was going to be bored or anything. I had plenty of things I needed/wanted to do. I just really like being with my kids, the majority of the time. I love when we aren't on a strict schedule and the kids can just be kids. Now we are, again, entering the season of full day school, dance practice, piano, scouts, sports, etc. Days that need to be scheduled and executed. I'm all for order and routine, to an extent. But there are days I almost feel like just taking them out of school and having an adventure. Right now, they all like spending time with us old parents, but that might not always be the case!
 I can hope though.
