Avery's 8th Birthday

Avery turned 8! Unfortunately Ben and I were in a seminar that kept us away from her the whole day. We put her in the very capable hands of David and Chris and Nanna and Papa who spoiled her like crazy. They took her shopping, had a tea party in the Oregon Garden, went and saw a movie and then met up with us downtown for dinner. She felt so extremely loved.

How old are you?

8

What did you do for your birthday?

I went to a crepes place and TJ Max and Justice and Forever 21 and H&M. I opened up presents in the morning and had croissants with jam. I saw Maleficent and met my mom and dad for dinner that night.

What is your favorite color?

Pink

What is your favorite item right now? 

My blanket and stuffed animals.

 

What is your most favorite thing to do?

Going shopping, swimming and soccer, so basically athletic stuff.

What are your friends names?

Megan, Hailey, Lily, Andi, Aliviah, Kylie, Sophie, Lindy, Tiegan, the other Sophie, Stella, Anja, Saree, the other Megan, and the other Megan.

What do you like to do with them?

Play

What are you learning about in school?

Division, typing, fossils

What is your favorite food?

A lot of sweet stuff like cake, ice cream, cupcakes, ice cream cake, candy, macaroons, pie, milkshakes, macaroni, croissants, extra sharp white cheddar cheese.

What is your favorite drink?

Basically any soda

Dolphin

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Artist, Scientist, Fashion Designer, while being a mom at the same time.

The Percy Jackson series, Harry Potter series, the Rescue Princess series and Grimmtastic Girls.

Croissants, pancakes with eggs and bacon, crepes, waffles

Macaroni and cheese, grapes, apples

Pizza and breadsticks

Cuddle with, hug and kiss me.

What is your most favorite thing that Mommy does?

Same thing and when she takes me shopping.

What is your most favorite thing that James does?

When he does nice things for me. He doesn't really like it when I try and hug him.

What is your most favorite thing that Briella does?

Be cute and sleep in my bed and be funny. I like to cuddle her.

Avery is such an absolute doll. I love just spending time with her. She is so thoughtful, caring, loving, generous and sweet. She loves taking care of other people and has a gift of knowing when someone needs extra attention. She is always concerned about those around her. Not to mention how smart, artistic, funny and talented she is. The girl has got it all and I can't wait to see what she does with all the amazing gifts she's been given.
