When I switched my calendar over for August I had a slight panic attack seeing my baby's due date in the month I was currently in. When I looked at the calendar today the panic truly set in when I realized I have TWO WEEKS until she is due, and I am nowhere near being ready. I decided I should make a list, hoping it would ease my mind a bit - it didn't.
Things that need to be done:
1. Buy diapers, pacifiers, burp cloths, receiving blankets, nursing pads, presents for James and Avery from the baby, and a whole slew of other stuff.
2. Find all the pieces for the baby's bed. I definitely know where one piece is and I think I know where the other might be.
3. Stock up the house with food.
4. Pack a bag for the hospital.
5. Come up with a name for this darling girl.
6. Make sure there is enough tape in the video camera.
7. Come up with some sort of plan for who's going to take care of my kids while I'm away.
8. Find my Boppy.
Things that I really want to have done but most likely won't:
1. Go to fabric store to find cute fabric for Hooter Hider and blanket.
2. Have house completely clean.
3. Be caught up on laundry.
4. Have baby announcement designed.
5. Get a pedicure.
6. Have the car cleaned.
I could probably have all this done if I wasn't lazy and hot but it doesn't really matter. As long as she doesn't come next weekend while Ben is away for Hood to Coast everything will work itself out. Wish me luck!

I've got your swing sitting here ready for you. I've got a boppy sitting right here that I've never used. And have I bragged to you about my amazing car-cleaning abilities? Ask G. I rock!
I'd love to watch James and Avery. And if you want a companion when you get a pedicure, I'm always game. :)

whats up chicka!! I still cant believe that this little girl is going to be here before we all know it! AGHHH!! YEAH! We are all soo excited to meet this new little bundle of joy! Let M and i help you with whatever you need. We would both love to help with the kids, cleaning, anything that would be of help! And do i get a phone call too!!! we can three way the call or better yet i can just meet over and M's house!! hahaha! we cant wait ...LET us HELP!!!!We are sooo excited!
Boy, you have a lot to do to get ready! I just sent you an email about baby announcments. But if there is anything else I can do to help, please let me know! In fact, make sure you register online for baby gifts so I'll know what to get you. It'll save you a lot of returning stuff if I buy you what I know you want. Good luck with everything. I'm so excited for you!
I didn't realize you were this close to having the baby. I hope you are doing alright this weekend without Ben. YOu are very motivated!
