Perfect baby

This is not meant to be a bragging post, ok, so maybe it is. I've had the extreme fortune of being blessed with seriously great kids. No complications with pregnancy or birth. They've all slept through the night by the time they were 6 weeks old and on an awesome nap schedule, even now. No colic, in fact pretty much no crying at all, unless they were hungry or super tired. No difficulty taking a bottle, when it had to get to that point. They were, and are, just content babies that just loved being held, or not held, it didn't really matter to them.

After hearing all the horror stories of having a firstborn I was mentally prepared for the sleepless nights, a constantly crying baby and never feeling "normal" again. I didn't have anything like that with James and chalked it up to luck. When Avery arrived I thought there is no way I can have another baby as ideal as James, but there she was and it was the same. I thought I would be pushing my luck by having a third, there was NO WAY I would get that lucky and, two months into it, I can confidently say that the pattern in repeating. People have asked me what I do to have such awesome babies and honestly, if I knew, I would write a book and become a millionaire.

On top of all that, I have to say that I have the most adorable looking kids on the planet, but I am, of course, slightly biased.

If I could have a guarantee that any future kids would act the same I would have my own baseball team worth of kids, but until then I am going to love the heck out of these ones.

She is cuter all the time! I'm glad she is sleeping so well and is generally happy. She knows she picked the right home to come to, that's why she's being so good. :)

Ah well, that's the toss up. You either get perfect babies or perfect teenagers.

I don't think I'm quite as biased as you, and I can honestly say that your kids are some of the most beautiful kids (and babies) I've ever seen. Truly. And to have them also be sweet and good? Wow, that is a serious blessing. I've always been sure my third will be a NIGHTMARE. But maybe I'll get so lucky too.
